What happens to your video. Your browser plays the video and the tool grabs a frame at each step in time, at the video's full size, with no scaling.
Phone videos come out upright because the browser applies the rotation stored in the file.
The frames are saved as lossless PNG, named after the video and numbered from 0001, inside a folder in one ZIP called "name frames.zip".
Your browser decodes the video, so iPhone MOV files (HEVC) open in Safari and in Chrome on a Mac, but often not in Firefox or on Windows. Long videos at a high rate make big ZIPs.
